Martin Wikfalk is a Mindfulness and Yoga teacher with a background in Vipassana meditation. He has practiced yoga and meditation for more than 20 years and lived for 4 and a half years in Burma/Myanmar where he deepend his training. He is also the founder of The Mindfulness App.
