iOS / Android subscriber:
Firstly, confirm you’re logged in on the device with the same Apple ID / Google Account you used at checkout. Then, in the app:
- Go to Profile › Settings
- Tap Restore Purchases
- Confirm that your premium is now unlocked.
Still no luck? Forward the purchase receipt from Apple / Google along with your Purchase ID (found under Profile › Settings › Copy Purchase ID) to support and we'll assist you with a manual upgrade.
Web subscriber:
Confirm that your purchased processed correctly. You should receive a payment confirmation from us directly after a successful purchase in your email inbox.
If your Premium is still not unlocked after having confirmed the above, please try to sign out and back in with the same account that you purchased with.
