You’ll be guided by Anna Wikfalk, one of our most loved mindfulness teachers.

Across the weekend, Anna will lead you through live sessions designed to calm your nervous system and gently bring you back to yourself. Nothing rushed. Nothing forced.

You’ll experience guided meditation, gentle movement, breathwork, journaling, and quiet moments of connection in small breakout circles. Each practice is there to support you, not push you.

This is a shared space. Warm, supportive, and intentionally small—so you feel held, seen, and at ease.
